Terbium Home takes on smaller interior jobs across Devon and Exeter, especially for clients we've worked with before. With multi-trade capability, we can handle most projects start-to-finish without needing to coordinate three different contractors.

What does it cost?

Smaller jobs are often half-day or full-day rates. Larger interior work (full room re-fit, multiple alterations) is quoted as a project. We are happy to do small jobs for existing clients.

A thought

Most homes don't need an extension to feel different.

Sometimes a single well-built feature wall, a piece of thoughtful joinery, or a properly skimmed ceiling does what an extension can't — for a fraction of the time, mess and cost. We take small interior jobs as seriously as the big ones.

Site visit

We come and look at what you have in mind — often a quick visit is enough for smaller jobs.

A clear quote with materials and labour broken down. For smaller jobs we can often quote within a day or two.

Schedule

We agree dates that suit you. For occupied homes, we work carefully to minimise disruption — dust sheets, contained workspace, clean-up daily.

Execute

On the day, we get on with it efficiently. Most smaller projects are completed in 1-5 days. We don't drag jobs out.

What's the minimum job size you'll take on?
We'll consider any reasonable job, particularly for repeat clients. For one-off smaller jobs, we tend to look at half-day minimums — it's not always economical to come out for an hour.
Do you do media walls?
Yes — built into chimney breasts or as new feature walls. We hide all the cables, install the TV bracket, and finish in plaster ready for decoration.
Can you skim a whole ceiling?
Yes — full plaster skim coats, repair work, and complete re-plastering of damaged rooms.
Do you decorate too?
Yes — many clients want a single contractor to handle the build work and the finishing decoration. We do both.
Do you do custom shelving and storage?
Yes — Tom has full workshop capability for built-in alcove shelving, storage units and custom joinery to fit your space exactly.
